Does Blue Cross Cover Telehealth?
Telehealth medical services and procedures are covered under some Blue Cross health care plans. Therefore, if your health covers these services, you may get remote medical care from a telemedicine doctor or provider by mobile app, phone, or online video.
At Whitefish Vitality, your consultation will not be covered, however, your insurance company may cover the prescriptions, you will have to connect with your insurance provider to find out.
Note: Despite its numerous benefits, telemedicine does not fully replace seeing your primary care doctor for in-person checkups but rather serves as an adjunct, especially during these unique times.
